What do I do if I need to change the details of my accommodation booking?   

Contact our bookings team on btg@contacts.bham.ac.uk with details and they will get back to you 

How do I check accessibility for my accommodation?  

Our accommodation is fully accessible, however should you have any specific requirements please let our team know by emailing btg@contacts.bham.ac.uk

How are rooms allocated?

Once confirmed, Team Managers will be responsible for assigning rooms to individual team members. 

Where can coaches drop off?

Groups staying at the Games Village can be dropped off on Church Road at the Vale. Please note that coach parking is not available on campus.    

Can I have my team kit delivered before the Games? 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to store deliveries securely on campus. Please liaise with MLS to find the best solution for your team. 

Is there a map of campus?

Can teams self-cater in the Games Village? 

While shared kitchen spaces and fridges are available for making drinks, full cooking facilities are not provided. Don’t worry - there’s a fantastic variety of food options across campus to enjoy throughout your stay. 

What else is there to do on campus? 

There’ll be a lively programme of entertainment and activities through the games at both the Vale and on campus. Everyone is welcome - even if you’re staying elsewhere. More details coming soon! 

Are dogs allowed? 

Dogs aren’t permitted in accommodation, except for assistance dogs. If you’re bringing a guide dog, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
